Deep Tissue Massage

Our deep tissue massage employs a medium to firm pressure and different techniques, such as trigger point or myofascial release, to let you experience a state of relaxation while working on the deeper layers of muscle to provide relief. Deep tissue does not have to be painful in order to be effective. For those with long-term or chronic issues, this is an excellent body maintenance option.

Hot Stone Massage

 

Himalayan pink salt stones are used to gently warm the muscles in tandem with our Signature Relaxation Massage routine. Said to improve circulation, relieve anxiety, and lightly exfoliate the skin, this modality massage will leave you feeling warm and snug, with softened skin and a comforted heart.

Prenatal Massage

 

Massage for our pregnant guests - this massage uses a light to medium pressure to provide relief from pregnancy related discomfort, while pampering those who are expecting. Prenatal massages are available to those who have completed their first trimester, and we do ask for a doctor's note or signed statement that you have been medically cleared to receive massage therapy.
