Here at Soyokaze, we are an elite team of therapists and support staff, and have a client base who expects a certain caliber of care every time they walk through our doors. Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with the best possible massage or facial experience.

We are unique in that each potential new team member is asked to participate in a rigorous assimilation program. Prospective team members are asked to perform three to five paid audition services, in addition to your interview, in order for us to get a well-rounded idea of your style and for you to get a well-rounded idea of what it would be like to work here. If both sides feel that Soyokaze is a good fit for each other, we then embark on a two- to three-week integration process in which you will perform services on, and receive services from, your fellow team members. This gives you a chance to get to know your new team, to get to know what it feels like to be part of the team, feel what it's like to be a client yourself, and to get real-time feedback. Some of our therapists have been with us for three, five, seven (and longer!) years - they are truly the best teachers to set you up for success with our clients.

Soyokaze stands for equity in the service industry. Our goal is to create a space within an industry that is known for high turn over and short career expectancy, and transform it into a place for therapists to have a long, fruitful career path that provides joy and stability for as long as they'd like. This means that all audition and integration services performed are paid. All services received for training purposes are covered by us. This also means that our therapist pay is not dependent on tipping, and that they are provided with generous, dependable income. All supplies are furnished, and there are no other expenses for therapists. You provide your working hours, and we take care of the rest.
